Our history has been anchored by a solid reputation for quality workmanship and competitive prices. Our track record includes a large variety of successful new construction activities, modernizations, and upgrades. Our company has employed up to 100 production personnel. Currently we are employing about 80 production workerss.
SUNDIAL MARINE has high quality welders certified with American Welding Society, the United States Coast Guard, the United States Navy, and American Bureau of Shipping. See some of our Current Projects. Our team of marine experts has the in-house capability of accomplishing the following:
All phases of construction involving fitting and welding, including steel and aluminum
Mechanical repairs to steering systems, propellers, propulsion shafting, reduction gears, main propulsion and auxiliary diesel engines, valves and pumps
Marine piping repairs and renewals on steel and copper-nickel piping systems
All types of marine rigging. We have qualified riggers and crane operators, with sufficient portable equipment to accomplish a wide variety of rigging tasks.
Finally, SUNDIAL MARINE has on-site capabilities to accomplish surface preparation to SP-10 near white metal requirements, and airless spray painting. Our coating personnel are familiar with surface preparation and preservation on large equipment and vessels. SUNDIAL MARINE has accomplished numerous preservation projects, for both commercial and government contracts, during our over 30 years of operation.
